  1. ARROWS allows you to create arrows using one of four
  2. methods: endpoints, string, parallel, or perpendicular.
  3. Unlike dimension entities, these entities are not 
  4. associated with text, but are used when you want to create
  5. dimensions or labels using separate text and arrow
  6. entities.

  8. Choose one of the following methods of creation:
  9.  
  10. ENDPTS  - to create an arrow on the screen by defining the
  11.           start and endpoints.
  12.  
  13. STRING  - to create a string of arrows by assuming that
  14.           the endpoint of one line is the starting point
  15.           of the next.
  16.  
  17. PARALEL - to create an arrow parallel to a previously
  18.           created line through a specified point.
  19.  
  20. PERPEND - to create an arrow from a designated point to an
  21.           existing line entity so that the new arrow and
  22.           the existing line are perpendicular.
