  1. HORIZTL allows you to create horizontal dimensions between
  2. two specified points/positions.
  3.  
  4. Indicate the two points for dimensioning using a Position
  5. Menu option. Each indicated point represents placement of
  6. the witness lines in the dimension.
  7.  
  8. Indicate dimension text placement position using the
  9. cursor, or by typing in the x, y view coordinates. Text is
  10. positioned according to the dimension placement alignment
  11. specified in the SET, TEXT function.

  13. With the DIM MOD switch set to AUTOMAT, the dimension is
  14. calculated automatically.

  16. With the DIM MOD switch set to MANUAL, the on-line text
  17. editor is activated and you are prompted to enter the
  18. dimension text.

  20. To end the text input, choose the SAVE TX (save text)
  21. option.

  23. Dimensioning is done when all three positions are
  24. designated. Witness lines, leaders, text, and arrows are
  25. drawn according to the current modal settings in effect. 
  26. The dimension is assigned the current color in effect and 
  27. is created on the current active level.

  29. When the VER DIM (verify dimension) switch is ON, you are
  30. prompted to accept or reject the dimension placement.
  31. Choose from the NO/YES menu displayed.
