- MOV NOD (move node) allows you to move existing node
- points on a spline. For easier manipulation, temporary
- markers (x) are automatically displayed at each existing
- node point of the spline.
-
- Select a node point to move. The node closest to the
- indicated position is automatically selected.
-
- Indicate a new position for the selected node point, using
- a Position Menu option. The node point is moved to the
- indicated position and the spline is recreated, passing
- through the new node point position.
-
- With a 2-D spline, the new position for the node is
- projected to the construction plane of the spline, keeping
- the spline 2-D. To change the plane of the node position,
- set the 2-D/3-D option first.
-
- With a 3-D spline, the x, y, z world coordinates of the
- point are used.
