  1. OUTLINE allows you to assign the active entity color to the
  2. polygon outline. This color must be set before the entity 
  3. is created, using the SET option or the COLOR parameter in 
  4. the Status Window.

  6. Locate the center position of the polygon using a Position
  7. Menu option.

  9. In 2-D construction mode, the center point is projected to
  10. the current construction plane, and the polygon is created
  11. in the construction plane.

  13. In 3-D construction mode, the polygon is created in the
  14. plane that is parallel to the construction plane and 
  15. passes through the indicated center position.
