  1. CTR+RAD (center/radius) allows you to create a polygon
  2. entity by specifying its number of sides, rotation angle,
  3. radius, fill type, color, and center position.

  5. Enter the desired number of sides for the polygon (up to
  6. eight) and press <Enter>.
  7.  
  8. Enter the rotation angle (in degrees) on which the polygon
  9. is aligned and press <Enter>, or accept the default in
  10. parentheses by pressing <Enter>. Positive angle values
  11. rotate the polygon's base in a counter-clockwise 
  12. direction.

  14. Enter a value for the polygon's radius and press <Enter>, 
  15. or accept the default radius in parentheses by pressing 
  16. <Enter>.

  18. Determine the position of the radius by choosing from the
  19. following options:

  21. CORNERS - to indicate that the specified radius is to be 
  22.           measured from a vertex of the polygon.

  24. FLAT    - to indicate that the specified radius is to be 
  25.           inscribed within the polygon.

  28. The center of the polygon is determined as a point
  29. equidistant from all vertices.
