  1. CTR+EDG allows you to create a circle by specifying
  2. the center and a point on the edge (circumference) of the
  3. circle.

  5. Indicate a center location for the circle, using a 
  6. Position Menu option.

  8. Indicate the edge point of the circle in the same manner.

  10. In 2-D construction mode, the center and edge points are
  11. projected to the current construction plane, and the 
  12. circle is created in the current construction plane.

  14. In 3-D construction mode, the system locates a plane that 
  15. is parallel to the current construction plane and passes
  16. through the center point. The edge point is projected to
  17. this plane and the circle is created in this plane.
