  1. CTR+RAD allows you to create a circle by specifying a
  2. center position and a radius.

  4. Enter a value for the radius and press <Enter>, or accept
  5. the default value displayed in parentheses by pressing
  6. <Enter>.

  8. Indicate the center point of the circle, using an option
  9. from the Position Menu.

  11. In 2-D construction mode, the center point is projected to
  12. the current construction plane, and the circle is created
  13. in the current construction plane.
  14.  
  15. In 3-D construction mode, the circle is created in the 
  16. plane that is parallel to the current construction plane 
  17. and passes through the center point.
