  1. ROUND allows you to create an arc that is tangent to
  2. the endpoint of an existing curve (excluding circles).
  3.  
  4. Select a tangent entity near the desired endpoint.
  5. The endpoint that is closest to the selection point is
  6. marked with an X, and it is projected to the current
  7. construction plane. This point is used as the starting
  8. position for the arc.
  9.  
  10. Indicate an endpoint for the arc, using an option from the
  11. Position Menu. The endpoint is projected to the current
  12. construction plane.
  13.  
  14. Assign a direction for the arc: CLKWSE (clockwise) or
  15. CCLKWSE (counter-clockwise). The arc is created in the
  16. current construction plane.
  17.
