  10.  Description:
  11.  This command allows you to create a multi-layer wall arc by defining
  12.  a starting point, center point and angle. The arc will start at the first
  13.  point, and go around the center point for the specified angle in
  14.  a counterclockwise direction. This arc may be a free arc only, i.e., it cannot
  15.  be created within an existing wall.
  16.  Specify two points (starting and center). Specify the angle. State whether the
  17.  defined points are to be on the concave or convex surface of the arc.
