  13.  Description:
  14.  This command modifies the radius of a wall-arc. The walls tangential to the
  15.  wall-arc are adjusted appropriately. The height and width of the arc remain
  16.  unchanged.
  17.  Enter the desired radius of the arc to be modified, which must be greater than
  18.  zero, indicate (and confirm) the first and second walls of the arc, and the
  19.  arc to be modified.
  20.  You are prompted to modify additional wall-arcs until you select a new
  21.  command.
