  3.  Sets the active text color.
  4.  (A nested command.)

  6.          1. (NUM) new text color (greater than 0)
  7.  
  8.  Description:
  9.  This command sets the active color of text and dimension text entities.
  10.  Specify the new text color (1=yellow, 2=red, 3=green. Any additional colors
  11.  depend on your graphic display). The default is color 3.
  12.  All text and dimension text created subsequently will appear in the new color.
  13.  Existing text and dimension lines are unaffected by this command.

  15.          Example: \tcolr 2

  17.  Result: New text will be red.
