  3. Creates a help-line, parallel to an existing line at a specified distance and
  4. direction from it.

  6.         1.   (NUM) distance of parallel line
  7.         2. * (IND) parallel to line
  8.         3. * (POINT) direction point
  9.  
  10. Description:
  11. This command creates a help-line parallel to an existing line at a specified
  12. distance from it. Enter the distance desired between the reference line and
  13. the help-line, then indicate the reference line. Point to the side of the
  14. reference line on which you want the help-line to be created.
  15. You are prompted for additional reference lines and direction points until you
  16. select another command.
