- Opens a specified file while saving and exiting the active one.

- 1. (CHAR) file name to open (1-8 char.)
- if file name does not exist:
- 2. (Y/N) file (name) does not exist; create a new file?

- Description:
- This command opens a file, specified by name, while saving and exiting the
- current active file. If the requested file already exists, it is opened and
- its contents displayed on the screen.
- If you try to open a non-existent file, you will be notified and prompted to
- confirm creation of a new file. If you answer `n', you are prompted to specify
- another file name to open.
- Note that this command actually works on the file itself. It is recommended
- that you use the \load command instead. It works on the file NEW.
