  11.  Description:
  12.  This command creates a multi-layer wall rectangle, given a starting point and
  13.  dimensions, and allows you to turn it into a 3-dimensional room.
  14.  Pick a starting point and define the lengths along the x and y axes. The
  15.  rectangle will be created using the current multi-layer wall type. The walls
  16.  are expanded into the third dimension if you reply "y" to the 3D prompt. Any
  17.  other walls that are represented in 2D but have a height value attribute, will
  18.  also be projected in 3D.
