- Moves a point by a relative displacement.
-
- 1. (POINT) move from point
- 2. (POINT) to point
- the first time this command is used:
- 3. (POINT) point to move (<ENTER> to move from pt.)
- any other time:
- 3. * (POINT) point to move
- 4. * (Y/N) keep the result ?
-
- Description:
- This command allows the user to specify a displacement by which a point will
- be moved. The spatial displacement is defined by picking two points. The
- three-dimensional difference between these two points is the displacement by
- which further indicated points will be moved.
- The first time you use this command you may change the first point, i.e., the
- from point, by pressing <ENTER>.
- Lines and polygons (not polygon arcs) that are connected to the point will be
- stretched, unless they are part of a placed object, hatch entity, or text.
-
- Once the change has been executed on screen you are asked if you wish to keep
- the result. If you reply `n', the operation is undone.
- You are prompted for additional points, that will be moved by the same
- displacement, until you enter a new command.
-
- Example: \movep 0 0 0 1 0 0 4 4 0 y
-
- Result: The point at coordinate 4 4 0 is moved by 1 unit in the positive
- x direction.
