  3. Creates help-lines dividing the distance between two points into equal parts.

  5.         1.   (NUM) number of segments (min. 2)
  6.         2. * (POINT) first point
  7.         3. * (POINT) second point
  8.  
  9. Description:
  10. This command divides the distance between two points into a specified number
  11. of equal parts. Short help-lines, perpendicular to the imaginary "line"
  12. connecting the two points, are created. (You may specify the "line" by picking
  13. any two points.)
  14. Enter the desired number of segments. Pick the two points. You are prompted
  15. for additional pairs of points until you select another command.

  17.         Example: \ldiv 3 0 0 0 4 4 0

  19. Result: The virtual line from 0 0 0 to 4 4 0 is divided into three equal
  20. segments by short help-lines perpendicular to this line.
