  12. This command creates help line crosses at the intersection points of two wire
  13. arcs or circles, or their extensions. The crosses indicate the exact point of
  14. intersection of the true arcs or circles.
  15. Indicate and confirm the two arcs.
  16. NOTE: The arcs must be on the same plane.
