- 1. (NUM) set hatch on: 1-sectioned walls, 2-sectioned polygons
- 2. * (NUM) hatch angle (relative to X-axis, 0-360)
- 3. * (NUM) hatch interval (greater than 0)
- 4. * (NUM) shift hatch (greater than 0)

- Description:
- This command creates a hatch pattern on planes that have been sectioned. After
- sectioning a model in the solid module, save a two-dimensional projection of
- the model (by using the command \save). Return to the geometric module and
- load the two-dimensional file.
- When you call this command you will be asked whether you wish to hatch the
- section plane of walls or polygons. You are then prompted for the hatch angle
- relative to the X axis, the hatch interval, i.e., spacing between parallel
- lines of the hatch and the shift distance.
- You may hatch the section plane repeatedly, varying the angle, the spacing and
- the shift, thus creating complex patterns.
- Hatch-lines slow down the redrawing of the model, so they will only be redrawn
- upon request via the \refh command.
- Hatched areas are regarded as polygons. You may not select an individual
- hatch-line (e.g., for updating its color). A hatched area may be broken into
- several hatched entities if the number of lines within it exceeds a given
- limit.
