  12. This command creates a help-line perpendicular to a line, at a specified
  13. distance from its first point.  Enter the distance of the intersection from
  14. the first point.  Pick the two end points of the line.  (You may specify the
  15. "line" by picking any two points.)

  17. You are prompted for additional pairs of points until you enter another command.
