  3. Creates a help-line passing through a specified point, at a specified angle.

  5.         1.   (NUM) angle about z
  6.         2.   (NUM) angle to xy plane
  7.         3. * (POINT) through point
  8.  
  9. Description:
  10. This command creates a help-line through a point, given two angles. Enter the
  11. angle about the z axis, then the angle to the xy plane. Pick a point through
  12. which the help-line will pass.
  13. You are prompted for additional "through points" until you enter another
  14. command.
  15.
