  13. This command creates a help-line through a given point, perpendicular
  14. to a specified plane. Pick three points to define the plane. Pick the point
  15. through which the help-line passes. The perpendicular help-line is created.
  16. You are prompted for additional "through points" until you enter another
  17. command.
