  11. This command creates a help-line circle given a center point and a
  12. circumference point.

  14. Specify a center point for the circle. Specify a circumference point
  15. for the circle. The circle is drawn through the circumference point.

  17. You may create additional help-line circles until you select another
  18. command or press <ENTER> to return to the previous command.
