  12. This command creates a help-line parallel to one of the axes, through a
  13. specified point.  Specify an axis (x, y or z) and pick a point.  A help-line
  14. parallel to the specified axis and passing through that point is created.

  16. You are prompted for additional "through points" until you enter a new
  17. command.
