  3. Creates a help-line arc given the center point,starting point, and arc angle.
  4. (A loop nested command.)

  6.   1.* (POINT) center of arc, <ENTER>-to exit command
  7.   2.* (POINT) starting point of arc
  8.   3.* (NUM) arc angle (max=360)
  9.  
  10. Description:
  11. This command creates a help-line arc given the center point, the starting
  12. point, and the arc angle. Pick the center point and the starting point.
  13. Specify the arc angle (max.=360). The angle is measured counterclockwise
  14. in degrees from the imaginary radius that connects the center of the
  15. circle and its starting point (see \arcc).
  16. This command operates on any one of the three axial planes while in
  17. any orthogonal view. If you attempt to execute this command while
  18. in axonometric view an error message appears.
  19. You may create additional help arcs until you enter another command
  20. or press <ENTER> to return to the previous command.
  21. The last angle value entered appears on the input line when you create
  22. additional help-line arcs.
