  23.  Description:
  24.  This command enables you to change the scale of a drawing in a frame.
  25.  
  26.  Indicate and confirm the drawing whose scale is to be changed. The
  27.  system presents the current scale in the command line. Specify the
  28.  new scale. If you wish to fit the whole drawing into the frame using
  29.  automatic scaling press <ENTER>. If the drawing was a
  30.  clipped drawing (green frame), its status will be changed to unclipped
  31.  (red frame).

  33.  When you change the scale of the drawing, the drawing "shifts" due to its
  34.  changed size. In order to control this "shifting", you are prompted
  35.  to specify a point that will remain fixed in its location while the scale is
  36.  changed around it. You may select one of the following options:
  37.  
  38.  - origin of the frame (six points, see commands \dpscl and \dcscl)
  39.  - center point of the frame
  40.  - origin of placed file
  41.  - a user defined point

  45.  If you select the last option, specify a point.
  46.  
  47.  State whether you wish to keep the frame. If you reply `y' the size
  48.  of the frame will remain fixed (relative to the drawing sheet) and
  49.  the drawing will be reclipped to fit the frame. If you reply `n' the
  50.  frame will shrink or grow according to the clipped drawing and no
  51.  more or less of the drawing will be seen.

  53.  You will be asked if you wish to keep the result. If you reply `n'
  54.  the previous scale size will be restored.

  56.  NOTE: You must reply to this prompt. If you do not your file may be damaged.

  58.  You may indicate further drawings for rescaling until you select another
  59.  command.

  61.  NOTE:When indicating a drawing you may indicate either the frame itself
  62.  or its contents but indicating the frame will save time.
