  3.  Changes the symmetry of a drawing frame.

  5.      1.* (IND) frame to project
  6.      2.* (Y/N) confirm choice
  7.      3.* (POINT) through point, <ENTER>-frame center
  8.      4.* (CHAR) direction of projection (x,y)
  9.      5.* (Y/N) keep the result ?

  11.  Description:
  12.  This command changes the symmetry of a drawing frame in a drawing sheet.
  13.  Indicate and confirm the drawing to be changed. Specify a point through
  14.  which the symmetry operation is to be executed (axis of symmetry). Press
  15.  <ENTER> if this point is to be the frame center. State
  16.  the direction of the symmetry, either x or y.
  17.  Specify if you want to keep the result. If you reply `n' the original
  18.  state will be restored.
  19.  You may continue to indicate other drawings until you select another command.
  20.  
  21.  NOTE: When indicating a drawing you may indicate either the frame itself
  22.        or its contents but indicating the frame will save time.
