  3.  Moves a drawing to a new position.

  5.     1. (IND) frame to move
  6.  when operation is repeated:
  7.     1.*(IND) frame to move, <ENTER>-another "to pt." for last frame
  8.     2.*(Y/N) confirm choice
  9.     3.*(POINT) from point, <ENTER>-frame center
  10.     4.*(POINT) to point
  11.     5.*(Y/N) keep the result ?

  13.  Description:
  14.  This command moves a drawing to a new position on the drawing sheet.
  15.  
  16.  Indicate and confirm the drawing to be moved. Specify a point from
  17.  which the drawing is to be moved. Press <ENTER> if this
  18.  point is to be the center of the frame. Specify a second point to
  19.  establish a displacement from the first point. The drawing will be
  20.  moved by this displacement.

  23.  Specify whether you want to keep the result. If you reply
  24.  `n' the original state will be restored and you are prompted for a
  25.  new "to" point.

  27.  You may continue to indicate other drawings to be moved until you
  28.  enter a new command. To specify another "to" point for the
  29.  last drawing's move operation press <ENTER>.

  31.  NOTE:When indicating a drawing you may indicate either the frame itself
  32.       or its contents but indicating the frame will save time.
