  3. Compresses the file.

  5. Description
  6. During the editing of any file the space on the disk from which data is
  7. deleted becomes "holes". While occupying memory, this space cannot be used for
  8. further data storage. By using this command you can compress the file, i.e.,
  9. remove the "holes," so that the file is stored on the disk in an efficient
  10. manner.
  11. The process executed by this command is also included in the \save and \b
  12. commands.
