  3. Clips the lines, arcs, and hatches inside or outside a polygon.

  5.          1.  (Y/N) operate: y-inside, n-outside
  6.          2.  (Y/N) confirm: y-to be deleted, n-to be selected
  7.          3.* (IND) polygon of clipping borders, <ENTER> - by fence
  8.       if a polygon is indicated:
  9.          4.* (Y/N) confirm choice
  10.       if <ENTER> is pressed in prompt 3:
  11.          4.* (POINT) first point of clipping fence
  12.          5.* (POINT) opposite point of clipping fence
  13.       for all options:
  14.          6.* (Y/N) keep the result ?
  15.          7.* (Y/N) delete border polygon ?

  17. Description
  18.  
  19. This command clips the lines, arcs and hatches inside or outside a polygon on
  20. the xy plane .  A polygon acts as the border within which or outside which
  21. elements will be clipped.
  22.  
  23. Specify whether you want operate on the area inside or outside a polygon.
  24.  
  25. Specify whether the area is to be deleted or selected.  If you specify to
  26. select the lines, each line will be broken at the point that it crosses the
  27. clipping polygon and each part will be regarded as a separate entity.

  29. Indicate and confirm the border polygon or press <ENTER> to specify a
  30. rectangular clipping fence.

  32. If you press <ENTER> to specify a fence, specify the first point and then the
  33. opposite point of the fence.

  35. For all the options, specify whether you want to keep the result; then specify
  36. whether to delete border lines of the polygon.
