  3. Adds or removes specified entity types from a selection group.

  5.     1. (Y/N) option: y-select, n-deselect <y>
  6.     2a.* (CHAR) group: w-ire, p-olyg, m-mwall, s-olid, c-place, a-hatch,
  7.          <ENTER> -more
  8.     2b.* (CHAR) l-wall, h-elp_line, d-ims, t-ext, g-eom. sect, o-solid sect.
  9. for option `w':
  10.     3.   (NUM) option: 1-lines, 2-arcs, 3-both for option `p':
  11.     3.   (NUM) option: 1-symbol, 2-surface, 3-both
  12. for option `m':
  13.     3.   (NUM) option:1-mwalls, open & fill, 2-openings only, 3-fill only <1>
  14. for option `c':
  15.     3.   (NUM) option: 1-placed objects, 2-from graphic lib., 3-both
  16. for option `a':
  17.     3.   (NUM) option: 1-hatches, 2-linear patterns, 3-both

  19. Description
  20. This command selects or deselects entities according to entity type.
  21. State whether you wish to select (default) or deselect entities from
  22. the selection group and then select a letter from the following table:

  27. p       polygons
  28. m       multi-layer walls
  29. s       solids
  30. c       placed objects
  31. a       hatch & patterns
  32. h       help lines
  33. d       dimension lines
  34. t       text
  35. g       geometric section plane
  36. o       solid section plane

  38. All the entities conforming to the specific entity type will be added
  39. to or removed from the selection group.
  40.  
  41. Entities included in the selection group are displayed by red dotted
  42. lines. Entities removed from the selection group revert to their original
  43. color.
  44.  
  45. You are prompted to select additional entity types until you enter
  46. another command.

  48. Example: \apsel y h
  49. Result:  All help lines in the current file are added to the selection group.
