- 2.* (Y/N) confirm choice
- 3.* (IND) second line
- 4.* (Y/N) confirm choice
- 5.* (IND) position point of arc
-
- Description
-
- This command calculates the angle between two lines.
-
- As a result of this command two new entities will be created in the file: a
- text string indicating the value of the angle measured, in degrees an arc from
- the first line to the second line, the angle of which depends on the position
- point of the arc.
-
- In the case of continuous intersecting lines, the arc will be displayed
- between the two lines through the position point. Where the two lines
- indicated do not intersect, the arc will be displayed between imaginary lines
- produced from the lines to the intersecting point.
-
- Indicate and confirm the two lines. Point to the position for the arc. The
- position of this point determines the location of the arc symbol.
-
- NOTE 1:This command may be operated only on orthogonal views of the model
- (xy/xz/yz).
-
- Both the text and arc may be independently manipulated, updated or deleted.
-
- The arc and text entities are of different data types (e.g., text = `1', arc =
- `5') but of the same application `6' (dimensions line). Thus, both of them
- may be added to a selection group of application type `6' (\apsel 6). The arc
- and text entities receive the attributes currently set for dimension lines and
- text respectively, except for justification and format. The default
- justification for the text is according to its position around the arc. The
- default format is a value in degrees with an accuracy of up to one place after
- the decimal point, followed by the symbol for degrees.
-
- Line attributes of the arc and text attributes of the text may be updated by
- the commands for updating dimension lines (except justification and format).
- The text justification may be updated by the command \utjst.
