- BASIC MHS MESSAGES
- ------------------
-
- This manual lists and describes the messages produced by the
- NetWare(R) Basic MHS(tm) product. The manual is divided into the
- following sections:
-
- * Basic MHS log messages. Messages logged during operation
- of the Basic MHS server.
-
- * Installation messages. Messages logged and displayed to
- the screen during installation of Basic MHS.
-
- * Uninstallation messages. Messages logged and displayed
- during removal of the Basic MHS software.
-
- * Non-delivery Notification error codes. These are
- non-delivery messages sent by MHS to the sender.
-
-
- 1 BASIC MHS LOG MESSAGES
- ----------------------
-
- Basic MHS log messages have the following format:
-
- <c><nnnn> <message>
-
- where <c> is the error code (for a list of valid codes, see the
- following table), <nnnn> is the message number, and <message> is
- the message text.
-
-
-
- Error Codes
-
- F
- Fatal error. Basic MHS has detected an
- unrecoverable error which prevents Basic MHS
- from continuing.
- E
- Error. Basic MHS has detected an error which
- prevents it from completing an operation.
-
- I
- Information. Basic MHS displays informational
- messages during normal processing. No action is
- required.
-
- W
- Warning. An error occurred, but Basic MHS continues
- processing. It makes assumptions but lets you know
- what they are.
-
- This section lists and explains log messages. Messages are sorted
- by the message number. When searching for an error message,
- disregard the error code (that is, the "E," "F," "I," or "W").
-
-
-
-
