  1. To compile the sample source code do the following:

  3. 1) Make sure the header files (located on the Set One disk in \source\misc)
  4. are on the include search path.

  6. 2) Copy libentry.asm to the directory of the dll you are compiling
  7. (located on the Set One disk in \source\misc).
  8.  
  9. 3) Execute the Microsoft Make Utility (NMAKE.EXE) using the make file 
  10. located in the dll directory.
