  4. CUS-INS <target-drive> <directory> /ADDR:xxx /PORT:x

  6. "/ADDR:xxx" is the command line parameter to specify a different base
  7.     address for the Sound Blaster card.  The only valid options are
  8.     /ADDR:210, /ADDR:220, /ADDR:230, /ADDR:240, /ADDR:250, and
  9.     /ADDR:260.  This parameter is optional, but if you omit it you
  10.     cannot use the /PORT:x parameter.

  12. "/PORT:x" is the command line parameter to specify which port the FM
  13.     section of the Sound Blaster will respond to.  The only valid options
  14.     are /PORT:1 thru /PORT:8.
