- The Windows NT Chat program drops the connection of the dialed
- WinNT machine when a special character is typed during the session.
- Type ALT+168 from the second Chat machine. The other machine is
- identically configured to the below. I can reproduce this from
- either machine. Microsoft Windows for Workgroups Chat does not
- have this problem.

- Steps to reproduce the problem (please explain step by step):
- 1. Run Windows NT Chat.
- 2. Dial another Windows NT machine in same workgroup.
- 3. Chat for a moment to verify that it is working.
- 4. Type ALT+168 on other machine - connection hangs up for both parties.
