  28. Description of Bug   :

  30.      The Windows NT Chat program drops the connection of the dialed
  31.      WinNT machine when a special character is typed during the session.
  32.      Type ALT+168 from the second Chat machine.  The other machine is 
  33.      identically configured to the below.  I can reproduce this from 
  34.      either machine.  Microsoft Windows for Workgroups Chat does not 
  35.      have this problem.

  37. Steps to reproduce the problem (please explain step by step):
  38.   1. Run Windows NT Chat.
  39.   2. Dial another Windows NT machine in same workgroup.
  40.   3. Chat for a moment to verify that it is working.
  41.   4. Type ALT+168 on other machine - connection hangs up for both parties.
