  91.   1. Click in the Source City and a combo box pops up.
  92.   2. Click the combo box arrow and click on a city.
  93.   3. If the city you want is not in the list, click New City.
  94.          Enter the data for the new city then click Compare Cities.
  95.   4. Repeat 1, 2, 3 for Target City.
  96.   5. Enter your current after tax income and the after tax income
  97.       required to maintain your standard of living in the target City
  98.       is calculated and displayed.
  99.   6. Click QUIT to return to the Applications Menu.
  100. City Help
  101.   There are 6 Cost of Living Index figures  to be entered for a city.
  102.   These are Food, Housing, Utilities, Transport, Healthcare, 
  103.   and Misc. (includes quality of life).
  104.   The weight given to each group is fixed. 
  105.   The weights and index values are based on figures obtained
  106.   from the Chamber of Commerce and Rand Macnally.
  107.   After the six items are entered, the Weighted Index is 
  108.   calculated for the City.  Click Store to save this city.
  109.   The Top, Bottom, Previous, Next buttons move through the 
  110.   list of cities entered.
  111.   Click Compare Cities to go to the City Comparison Form.    
  112. City Cost of Living Comparison uses multiple links to the same database table. 
  113. The link Cities is used to enter data about a city. 
  114. The link Source City returns data to the form when a Source City is selected. 
  115. The link Target City returns data to the form when a Target City is selected. 
  116. The buttons Help, About, New City, and Quit are actually text objects 
  117. with event trees which make them operate like buttons. 
  118. The data fields are embedded in filled rectangles, rounded rectangles, and 
  119. other graphic objects. 
  120. The sample data for the 21 sample cities is based on figures from Rand McNally.
