  3.     Year 2000 Countdown Timer by EFX Software

  6. This is just a little application which will countdown the time
  7. remaining before the year 2000.  You can change the format of the 
  8. time by clicking on the time options such as Year, month day etc. etc.
  9. and you can have the program run in the system tray if desired.  If
  10. this option is selected then the on startup the program will display 
  11. in the tray and no dialog will appear.  To see the dialog double-click
  12. on the icon.  The tooltip for the program will also show the remaining
  13. time.  Y2K requires Visual Basic 5 runtime DLL's.  They can be 
  14. downloaded from ZDNet or from download.com.
