  8. End-users of the unregistered versions of the SN game are licensed
  9. to use this software on a trial basis for their approval. If the user
  10. decides to keep and use this software as intended, the user should register
  11. the program with Microdem, as described in the main info window
  12. of the software.
  13.  
  14. BBS Sysops: This program may be freely distributed over BBS systems as long
  15. as there are no files added to or removed from the original compressed file
  16. package. Any and all file modifications are strictly prohibited.
  17.  
  18. Vendors, BBS Sysops, Distributors, Computer Clubs and User Groups wishing to
  19. add the software product to their library may do so in accordance with the
  20. Distribution Restrictions listed below.

  22.         - This software product is defined as containing all the 
  23.           material listed in the "PACKING.LST" file.
  24.           If any files listed in the "PACKING.LST" file are 
  25.           missing, then this product is not complete and distribution
  26.           is forbidden. Please contact us to obtain a complete product

  30.           installation batch files is acceptable.

  36.           or other literature as Shareware not Freeware. This

  50. LIMITED WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER

  52. MICRODEM WARRANTS THAT ITS DISKS ARE FREE FROM DEFECTS FOR 90 DAYS 
  53. AND WILL REPLACE ANY DEFECTIVE DISKS WITHIN THAT TIME PERIOD UPON RECEIPT OF 
  54. SUCH DEFECTIVE DISKS, POSTAGE PREPAID.

  56. MICRODEM DO NOT WARRANTS ALL OTHER PROBLEMS RELATING TO THIS SOFTWARE:
  57.  - BUGS, MALFUNCTION OR ANY OTHER PROBLEMS THAT THIS PROGRAM COULD CAUSE.
