  6. distribute the evaluation version of As-U-Type, including an
  7. extract from the license agreement and a suggested program

  13. LICENSE.TXT. The following paragraph is an extract from the 
  14. license agreement regarding the distribution of the 
  15. evaluation version of As-U-Type:

  19. Provided that you verify that you are distributing the 
  20. evaluation version (select "About" from the As-U-Type menu 
  21. to check), you are hereby licensed to make unlimited copies 
  22. of the evaluation version of this software and documentation;
  23. give exact copies of the original evaluation version to 
  24. anyone and distribute the evaluation version of the software
  25. and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic 
  26. means. There is no charge for any of the above.

  28. You are specifically prohibited from charging or requesting 
  29. donations for any such copies (however made), and from 
  30. distributing the software and/or documentation with other 
  31. products (commercial or otherwise) without Fanix
