  93. setup utility. Simply un-zip the NeoPaint ZIP archive into a directory of
  94. your choice and run SETUP.EXE from the Windows Explorer, File Manager,
  95. etc. After the installation is complete, start NeoPaint by choosing the
  96. appropriate item from your Windows Start Menu or by launching the
  97. NeoPaint.exe file in the "NeoPaint for Windows" folder.
