  5. the right to include these song lyrics and audio files in their
  6. free CD ROM featuring the Honor Harrington novels of David Weber.
  7. We understand that this CD ROM will be bound-in to the novel _War
  8. of Honor_, by David Weber, that it is intended for promotional use
  9. only and will not be individually sold. We also understand and
  10. accept that it is tentatively planned to include the contents of
  11. this CD in other promotional CDs and do not object to that inclusion.
