  8. License agreement includes following terms and conditions:

  10. 1. All copyrights to PC Activity Monitor Pro are exclusively owned
  11.  by ANNA Ltd.
  12.  
  13. 2. This version of PC Activity Monitor Pro, hereafter referred to
  14. as "the Software", and you are hereby granted a non-exclusive
  15. license to use the Software. If you have obtained the software
  16. free of charge your are not entitled to support of any kind.
  17.  
  18. 3. Anyone may use this software during a test period of 15 days.
  19. Following this test period of 15 days or less, if you wish to
  20. continue to use PC Acme, you MUST register.
  21.  
  22. 4. LOGGING OTHER PEOPLE'S KEYSTROKE OR BREAKING
  23. INTO OTHER PEOPLE'S COMPUTER WITHOUT THEIR
  24. KNOWLEDGE CAN BE CONSIDERED AS AN ILLEGAL
  25. ACTIVITY BY MANY PEOPLE COURTS. OUR SOFTWARE
  26. IS INTENDED FOR AUTHORIZED SYSTEM ADMINISTRATORS
  27. AND/OR OWNERS OF THE COMPUTER ONLY.

  29. 5. ANNA Ltd. ASSUMES NO LIABILITY AND IS NOT
  30. RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MISUSE OR DAMAGE CAUSED
  31. BY OUR SOFTWARE PRODUCT. 
  32. IT'S FINAL USER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO OBEY ALL
  33. APPLICABLE LOCAL, STATE, FEDERAL AND COUNTRIES
  34. LAWS.

  36. 6. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license
  37. to use PC Activity Monitor on one computer (i.e. a single 
  38. CPU), for any legal purpose, at a time. The registered PC 
  39. Activity Monitor software may not be rented or leased, but 
  40. may be permanently transferred, if the person receiving it
  41. agrees to terms if this license. If the software is an 
  42. update, the transfer must include the update and all previous
  43. versions.

  45. 7. The PC Activity Monitor unregistered version, may be freely
  46. distributed, provided the distribution package is not
  47. modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the
  48. distribution of PC Activity Monitor without written permission
  49. from the copyright holder.

  51. 8. PC Activity Monitor IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". You may not use, 
  52. copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, 
  53. disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the 
  54. licensed program, make available either intentionally or 
  55. otherwise your registration details to other persons, use the
  56. software contrary to acceptable use policies, or any subset
  57. of the licensed program, except as provided for in this 
  58. agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate
  59. and automatic termination of this license and may result in 
  60. criminal and/or civil prosecution. All rights not expressly 
  61. granted here are reserved by ANNA Ltd.

  63. 9. Installing and using PC Activity Monitor signifies acceptance
  64. of these terms and conditions of the license.

  66. 10. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must 
  67. remove PC Activity Monitor files from your storage devices
  68. and cease to use the product.

  70. 11. The license will terminate automatically and the software
  71. unregistered if you fail to comply with any of the above terms
  72. and conditions. The license may be terminated by either
  73. party at any time and without notice.
