  4. To install DirectX 3:
  5.  
  6.         - Make sure you have at least 17 Megs of free space on
  7.           your C: drive.  (for temporary work space)
  8.         - Run DX3SETUP.EXE
  9.  
  10. It's that easy.  :)

  12. DirectX is considered an 'upgrade' to the Windows 95 OS by
  13. Microsoft.  You won't notice any new shortcuts in your start-up menu,
  14. but those new Win95/DirectX games will run great.

  17. The files in is archive are no longer needed after the setup has
  18. run.  Delete the files in this ZIP (listed below) to recover
  19. the 6 Megs of hard drive space after install.
