  9. SokoSave is an OPENSTEP and Rhapsody implementation of the Sokoban game.
  10. This package contains the binary executable for use with Rhapsody Developer
  11. Release (RDR) under both Mach & Windows (Yellow Box).
  12.  
  13. Highlights:
  14. * Fast
  15. * Unlimited undo/redo.
  16. * Save/restore board positions.
  17. * Left-click automatic shortest-path moves.
  18. * Right-click automatic push-to-destination.
  19.  
  20. SokoSave is "freeware".  You may use and enjoy this program for free.  You
  21. may make and distribute unmodified copies of this program for free provided
  22. that: (a) the program is distributed in its entirety without modification,
  23. and (b) no fee of any kind is collected for the distribution of the program.

  26. mkdir ~/Apps                            # Wherever you install games.
  27. cd ~/Apps                               # Wherever you install games.
  28. gunzip SokoSave.1.1.PIY.b.tar.gz        # Uncompresses the package.
  29. gnutar xf SokoSave.1.1.PIY.b.tar        # Extracts SokoSave.app

  31. No special permissions are required other than the ordinary permissions to
  32. create files in a directory.

  34. This package contains only the binary executable.  The source code is
  35. available in the SokoSave.1.1.PIY.s.tar.gz package.

  37. The binary executable in this package works on the these platforms:
  38.     Rhapsody Developer Release (RDR) for Mach [PowerPC, Intel]
  39.     Rhapsody Developer Release (RDR) for Windows (Yellow Box) [Intel]

  43. Eric Sunshine ported it to OPENSTEP and Rhapsody.
