This simple little app allows you to browse and edit the defaults database on OpenStep 4.1 for mach and OpenStep Enterprise 4.2 for NT.
defaults.2.b.m.NIH.tar.gz is fat compiled for Mach platforms,
defaults.2.b.w.I.zip is a winzip file for Windows NT
Context sensitive help is provided, simply "help click" on any interface item
you want help with.
