  28.     b. change directory to location of distribution, for example, C:\temp

  30.     c. gunzip the distribution:
  31.         gunzip Create_4.w.NT.m.MIS.tar.gz
  32.     d. untar the resulting uncompressed file:
  33.         tar xf Create_4.w.NT.m.MIS.tar
