  17. It's simply a sum of money payable 
  18. yearly or at other regular intervals.

  20. The cool thing about Annuity is that you can find almost any value that
  21. you need. Another cool feature is if you drag the sliders you will 
  22. notice that the application updates the values automatically as you are 
  23. draging. Giving you a direct feedback on your values.

  33. 1. Unpack the software distribution

  35.     a. open a "Bourne Shell" window
  36.     b. change directory to location of distribution, for example, C:\temp
  37.         cd C:\temp
  38.     c. gunzip the distribution:
  39.         gunzip Create_4.w.NT.m.MIS.tar.gz
  40.     d. untar the resulting uncompressed file:
  41.         tar xf Create_4.w.NT.m.MIS.tar
