  4. This is the README file for Squid-x.x.x.pkg for NEXTSTEP
  5.  
  6. Just install the package. If you have installed a previous version, just
  7. install this one on top of the old one. It will automatically remove the
  8. Installer remains of a previous installation. If you want to run the previous
  9. version: just install that one again.

  11. The home of these installer distributions is:

  14. This package has been reported to work under OPENSTEP 4.x. The software has
  15. not been checked on sparc and hppa architectures.  Again, please tell me if it
  16. works.

  18. NB: This version differs slightly with the official version with respect to
  19. the 'paranoid' privacy setting, it *will* pass on the Browser type and the
  20. WWW-Authenticate fields as required by HTTP.
