  1.            *  This is a reverse-engineered NS 3.3 version
  2.               of Stefan Ried's OS 4.1 Tex2Eps application!  *

  4. For NS 3.3 I have rewritten most things from scratch! – So this version 
  5. might behave absolutely different than the original one! – As I wasn't 
  6. able to use or compile the OS 4.1 Tex2Eps version from Stefan Ried, under 
  7. my NS 3.3, I've tried to rebuild it (this is the result).

  10. Here are some added or changed things relative to the original Tex2Eps
  11. OpenStep version (as far as I know of?):

  13. - added a Save As... button into the main Tex2Eps window
  14. - added a Custom button into the script window
  15. - added a simple Preferences panel for tex2eps.bat script switching
  16. - added simple default database support for determining used script
  17. - eps images are now visible during a drag operation
  18. - the Edit->Copy menu point is now able to copy text or images
  19.   (to copy an image first click once into the image area)
  20. - there is support for some Emacs keyboard shortcuts
  21. - TeX files can now be loaded within a double click in WM
  22. - added mark dirty flag functionallity for the windows
  23. - short NS 3.x online help is available

  26. NOTE:    You must have a working TeX system in order to use Tex2Eps!
  27.         During startup Tex2Eps creates the following diretories:
  28.         
  29.                     ~/Library/Tex2Eps
  30.                     ~/Tex2Eps_tmp
  31.                     
  32.         the temporary ~/Tex2Eps_tmp directory holds the created eps files
  33.         and will be removed when you quit Tex2Eps.app. The ~/Library/Tex2Eps
  34.         directory keeps your custom "tex2eps.bat" script (if you setup one),
  35.         this directory and it's contents will not be removed when you quit
  36.         the app.
