  9. OVERVIEW:
  10. DAS-12 Data Acqisition Adapter device driver lets you take advantage
  11. of the following adapters:
  12. Manufacturer    Adapter        PC Bus
  13. Analogic Corp.    DAS-12/50    ISA
  14. Analogic Corp.    DAS-12/125    ISA
  15.  
  16. The driver actually consists from two parts. The driver itself and
  17. the user level interface. The user level interface is a collection
  18. of Objective-C classes wrapped around the MIG functions. In the
  19. directory DAS-12 there is a DAS_Sample application, which demonstrates
  20. the usage of the driver and its user level interface. See the
  21. DAS-12/README.rtf for more details.

  24. The DAS-12 is freeware. You can freely distribute without changing
  25. or removing any parts of the package.

  28. Release 1.0 notes:
  29. 1.      This a first public release of the driver originally
  30. developed for Thierry Guimbertau <tguimber@cdphot.u-strasbg.fr>.
  31. 2.      You need NEXTSTEP developer 3.3 or higher to able to use
  32. the driver, since there is no direct integration of the DAS-12 into
  33. system.
